[WSBARP] Need an HOA lawyer

Brain trust -

I have a PC who is aware that the President of the HOA is proposing many
changes to the HOA at the next meeting. PC opposed the changes and wants to
know (1) whether the President is following the procedures with regard to
these proposals; and (2) how he can best strategize his opposition to these
changes. I don't practice this area of law and want to refer him to someone
who does.
