[WSBARP] Counting Days and CR6

Listmates, I am looking for a fairly recent WA case (within a year I think) where it discussed the proper counting of days under CR6.  In essence, the court held that if you have a court hearing at, say 11 am, on a certain day, then you cannot count the day of the hearing under CR6 because the respondent would be deprived of having a full day to respond.   Anyone?
