[WSBARP] Notary crime

Has anyone seen some good materials explaining the changes in the notary statutes, from Ch. 42.44 RCW to Ch. 42.45 RCW (eff. July 1, 2018)?

Old (current until July, anyway) RCW 42.44.160<http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=42.44&full=true#42.44.160> said notary misconduct was a gross misdemeanor.
There appears to be no equivalent statute in the new Ch. 42.45 RCW<http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=42.45&full=true>.

Is it still a crime to commit notary misconduct?
