[WSBARP] Civil practice questions

I have an attorney friend back in KS asking me for information about WA trial practice.  Something about a settlement agreement that went south or is being misinterpreted.  I can't advise him and I wondered if some member of this list would be willing to speak to my friend briefly.   Please let me know off list and I can give you/him a contact.
