[WSBARP] Referral for good residential contractor

I have an out of state client who needs to hire a good contractor who 
can  be in charge of rehabbing an older home located in King County, 
having non-code electrical, plumbing  (including gas plumbing), probably 
asbestos and lead.  We also think a new sewer will have to be installed. 
Not sure about abandoned oil tanks, but we are checking on that. Former 
deceased owner did not get permits. Please let me know if any of you 
have some names that  I can refer.
