[WSBARP] Referral for property inspector in Tacoma

BTW, I'm assuming this need for an inspector is NOT for the purposes of 
doing a seller pre-inspection.  I generally believe those are a bad idea 
except in the case of houses with known serious defects that you want to 
clearly make known to buyers. I'm pretty sure Annie agrees with me on 
that, and has a WR video out there on the topic (although it doesn't 
discuss the known serious defects situation).
