[WSBARP] Referral for property inspector in Tacoma

I usually refer at least three inspectors, but if I had to pick just one 
it would be Darryl Marsolais of PSI Home Inspection.  206 478-1427.


I picked him initially after a buyer's agent sent me their inspection 
report unsolicited.  The detail of his reporting was striking, so I 
remembered him later when we had to drop an inspector from our lists.  
He's never failed to impress, although no inspectors are perfect.  I do 
though have to warn buyer clients that his reports can be alarming, but 
that's better than being superficial.  Understanding window blinds is 
seemingly beyond the capability of some inspectors.
