[WSBARP] "Business" Trust?

Greetings all.

 

I have a client who would like a trust where the client's LLC is the
beneficiary. It appears it is the lender who is asking for this because this
will allow the lender to make the real estate loan a personal one. Have you
ever done this sort of trust? If yes, would you be willing to discuss this
with me?
