[WSBARP] Quashing a Lien

I'd start with a stiff letter to lienor, maybe with unsigned complaint to quiet title and atty fees, citing the statute, noting that the lien is invalid and an unlawful cloud on title-and if not released pronto, subject to quiet title action and atty fees per the lien statute and attached draft complaint, and more.

I have a mechanics lien that has filed on a client's property. It was filed after the 90 day period and I need to get it cleared. How do I do that exactly? Obviously I don't have a case number, so do I file suit to do that, or what?
If someone could give me lien clearance 101 advice, I would appreciate it.
