[WSBARP] Chelan Co deed in probate require recording Ltrs Testamentary?

On a related note, as of last year I believe the L/T is to be presented to
county treasurer and then recorded to get the REET exemption (WAC
458-61A-202(6). But that seems like one of those rules that is randomly
enforced. I usually attach as an exhibit rather than file separately to
reduce fees. Good luck, Cy

We provide the Letters Testamentary along with the deed and tax affidavit.
They do not require the Letters to be recorded. I do not recall any extra
fee.

Subject: [WSBARP] Chelan Co deed in probate require recording Ltrs
Testamentary?

Hi mates,

Who knows about Chelan County recording of deed from probate to heirs?

Do they require recording separately of Letters Testamentary? Adding
Letters T as an attachment? Simply providing it for the recorder to see,
but not record? Extra fee for any of this?

I'd appreciate any recent experience.
