Hey Listserv, I'm doing some pro bono work for a local youth football league and they are trying to put together a document for their volunteers and coaches to sign who receive private information about their kids. The youth league is trying to train their volunteers to how not disclose to third parties the information they may learn about the kids (for example, which kid has divorced parents, which kid has ADD, etc.) Anyone have a form and/or training materials that you are willing to share that may get us closer to that task? -Paul Neumiller
