Rob, it gets worse.  The Legislature's website that contains the RCWs is not functioning correctly (of course, it might be me not functioning correctly).  If you go to Chapter 64.90 and select "complete chapter," you are supposed to get the chapter listing AND the texts of all of the individual sections.  For some reason, the "complete chapter" for RCW 64.90 is leaving out whole chunks of the chapter.  That is why when I used a search function to see where RCW 64.90.525 applied to preexisting CICs, RCW 64.90.080 didn't even show up on the website.

I appreciate everyone's patient in guiding me to the correct section.  And the beat goes on.

 Chapters 59.18, 64.32, 64.34, and 64.38 RCW do not apply to common interest communities created after the effective date of this section.
RCW 64.001.116

Nice. But the only thing I can say is that the Act does not apply tp pre-existing CICs; and .326 either applies (64.001.117) or doesn't apply (64.001.116).

By the way, there was some misnumbering between .325 and .326 in the version I thought passed.
