 Chapter 64.90 and select “complete chapter,” you are supposed to get the chapter listing AND the texts of all of the individual sections.  For some reason, the “complete chapter” for RCW 64.90 is leaving out whole chunks of the chapter.  That is why when I
 used a search function to see where RCW 64.90.525 applied to preexisting CICs, RCW 64.90.080 didn’t even show up on the website.
