[WSBARP] visitor's agreement

[Robert R. Cole]

A good-hearted PC has in the past opened her home to people in need, and 
just had an uncomfortable experience getting one to leave.  She wants to 
have an agreement for them to sign, and me to help with the terms.  
Suggestions (besides both of us should run the other way)?
