[WSBARP] QT action on a never-reconveyed DOT

'Mates, the above is within my comfort zone, but not my historic scope of
practice. In other words, this is my first time. So please advise:

   1. Am I a fool for thinking that these aren't too complicated? (Please
   limit any input here to the "for thinking that..." clause.)
   2. If you have a complaint you might share (debt repaid in full 2009,
   beneficiary a now-closed estate, unable to produce proof of payment).

Thanks as always for the infinite wisdom of this listserv.
