Ex-boyfriend refused to leave the ex-girlfriend's house. We sued for ejectment. Got Order saying, among other things, that he is ejected and evicted and shall be removed forthwith. He has made no effort to leave. Girlfriend doesn't want to get the Writ of Restitution and pay for the sheriffs involvement. Can she now change the locks as long as she allows him access to the house (can he knock instead of have a key) and to his stuff?
