'Mates, I have three PCs for whom I am hustling up a referral or two:
1.       Homeowner facing $88k lien claim from GC;
2.       Purchaser of Timeshare at Disneyland (I think - wants a simple review of timeshare contract);
3.       Drafting CCRs for 4 unit development on Eastside
I am not sufficiently conversant in any of these topics to do much good. All names will be forwarded (and will also be added to my referral list so I can avoid these vaguely embarrassing posts down the road).
