I can handle Item 3 – “Drafting CCRs for 4 unit development on Eastside”

My practice focuses on drafting the documents for condominiums, subdivisions and planned communities.

Although my projects are throughout Washington, the majority are in King and Snohomish Counties.

I usually talk at some length with the client (at no charge) so I can be sure I understand the project and the client’s goals.

'Mates, I have three PCs for whom I am hustling up a referral or two:
1.       Homeowner facing $88k lien claim from GC;
2.       Purchaser of Timeshare at Disneyland (I think - wants a simple review of timeshare contract);
3.       Drafting CCRs for 4 unit development on Eastside
I am not sufficiently conversant in any of these topics to do much good. All names will be forwarded (and will also be added to my referral list so I can avoid these vaguely embarrassing posts down the road).
