[WSBARP] Legal Messenger

[Douglas W. Scott]

For many years our office has had daily messenger service. In litigation it seemed indispensable.  Now even the King County District Courts have gone E-File only. Other than Judge's Working Copies, which can be e-filed for a fee, can you think of any practical need for a messenger service that justifies a monthly fee?
