Client owns residence jointly with her daughter and son in law. Current deed shows daughter and son-in-law on title as husband and wife and client as an unmarried woman. Client wants daughter to receive her interest in the residence when she dies via right of survivorship. What wording would you use on a new deed to accomplish this? Or can she only accomplish this via her will or trust?

Sincerely,
