[WSBARP] Heirs - Trustee Abuse

[K. Garl Long]

Two young (2&4 years) probably migrant children made heirs by deceased 
land owner. Trustee appointed in Will has for years refused to accept 
substantial funds under a mandatory buyout provision for land. (Court 
proceedings ongoing.) Location of children is unknown; probate file does 
not indicate that they are represented. Trustee acts as if the property 
interest is his.

Is there a way to obtain independent representation for the children? An 
investigation by a third party?
