[WSBARP] Referral for Unhappy Purchaser of Timeshare in Mexico

I know I have seen posts about this before but I can't seem to find the
responses.  PC purchased a timeshare in Cabo and is trying to get out of it.
Contract docs all say that they are governed by the laws of the State of
Baja California Sur, Mexico.  Any and all referrals welcome.  Thanks.
