[WSBARP] Looking for an Expert for forensic photography and imaging

Also, FWIW, maybe possible to look up the bulb rating and type with the manufacturer, and also the fixture can it's in (in case the fixture itself is designed to focus the bulb's light as well), and use the manufacturer's specifications. Most bulbs are described as floods, spots, diffuse, whatever, and the fixtures as well.

Sincerely,

Eric

Mike you may want a lighting expert to measure the lumens emitted and the beam focus because you could probably show it is a normal diffused light source and that would trump photos and not be to expensive. More definitive also.

TASA has directed me to a forensic photography and imaging expert out of California. That seems too expensive under the circumstances, but it is all I have so far. I was hoping for someone in Western Washington.
