[WSBARP] Allodial Title

The key part of the allodial title definition that Gretchen kindly provided, I am betting, is "... land ownership by occupancy and defense of the land." Meaning squat in the compound and defend your possession against anyone trying to enter, preferably with guns. It sounds like one of those "sovereign citizen<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_citizen_movement>" kinds of arguments, which is bolstered by the description of "land patent<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_patent>" which is the old term for the initial grant of land rights by a sovereign.

"Law patent" is probably a sovereign citizen malapropism for "land patent."

Please don't sent the potential client to me...

Here’s a link to a definition of Allodial Title:  https://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Allodial+title  Allodial title appears to be an archaic type of adverse possession.
I didn’t find a definition for Declarant of Law Patent.
