Here’s a link to a definition of Allodial Title:  https://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Allodial+title  Allodial title appears to be an archaic type of adverse possession.  

I didn’t find a definition for Declarant of Law Patent.

He assured me it is related to a property in King County.  But he did not want to provide more details until he got to the right attorney.
