[WSBARP] appraiser recommendation

This is the WSDOT appraiser list, with contact info, location, and
specialty.  Appraisal review means the listed appraiser is approved to
review the work of other appraisers (appraisal review is typically required
in federally funded projects, i.e., nearly all government projects these
days.)  In condemnation actions, I like to use an appraiser off of the WSDOT
list because they have instant credibility with government agencies.  They
usually are good witnesses, because they have done that before.  I like
Robert MaCauley, who does good work, but I have used several others on this
list with good effect.

I need some referrals for an appraiser in a condemnation action in Pierce
County. Probably prefer MAI qualification need not be from Pierce county
just know values here offer from State is in excess of One Million as this
is industrial property with rental buildings
