[WSBARP] exploitation of vulnerable adult

Dear Colleagues,

 

For the first time in decades of practicing estate matters, I am probating
an estate where it has been discovered the decedent was financially
exploited by a non-relative third party.

This person has denied any wrongdoing but I believe if a complaint is filed
against her and her son, who was complicit, that this matter will be
resolved.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would be willing to share a form of
a complaint to bring an action for exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
