Joe Rockne is a good choice for this. Not sure if he is up to 100 cases but he might be close!

Good morning,

Requesting referrals for someone to handle some adverse possession litigation for a prior seller implicated via statutory warranty deed. In particular, the client is requesting someone who has "litigated a hundred of these."

Thanks for your help.

Please reply to list - I'd love to know who has that kind of experience!!
These can be tricky and don't come along very often. If someone has done
100+, I want to know about that resource.

I've handled a few. Probably not enough to satisfy PC. I know that the attorneys of Williams Kastner have experience as well.

Listmates,

Have a question on a foreclosure action on a residential property. Its underlying home loan already has been discharged by bankruptcy. As a result of the discharge, is there any procedural difference that the creditor should be aware during her Deed-of-Trust foreclosure action?

Many thanks,
