[WSBARP] disinheritance

[Douglas W. Scott]

Client does not want a formal will nor to dispose of her property.  She only wants to disinherit her daughter in a formal document.  I suggested that the client execute a will that simply mentions her other children and then disinherits her daughter as one of them.  Would this suffice?
