[WSBARP] assignment of rights of heir

Intestate estate. No probate yet. One of the heirs wants to assign his rights as an heir to another, not a co-heir. I can't think why he shouldn't be able to do that.
But how to document it. There is a parcel of encumbered real estate. So, I was thinking a quitclaim deed plus an assignment of "all of the grantor's right, title and interest as an heir of John Q. Decedent who died on June 8, 2016 in Renton, Washington."
Would that work?
