[WSBARP] Question About Surplus Funds in Nonjudicial Foreclosure

Scott,

There is no confirmation of sale with non-judicial foreclosures.  Once the
money is deposited in the court registry, there will be a case number, and
you can bring a motion to disburse to your client under that cause number.
