[WSBARP] Refusal to Provide Payoff

[K. Garl Long]

Former spouse received a judgment for his interest in former marital 
home.  House is in closing, but former spouse refuses to provide a 
payoff amount for the judgment. Is attempting to extort further 
concessions.
