[WSBARP] City construction project; need referral

[Douglas W. Scott]

Client has filed a notice of claim on a payment bond and another notice of claim on the retainage.  Contractor says they were both filed untimely so they cannot get paid from either.  Need referrals to attorneys who practice mostly in state/public works projects.
This is in King County.
