[WSBARP] Referral for Help with Home Occupation Permit

A potential client contacted me for help but I don't have experience in this
area.  Will forward all names to potential client. Here's what he said in
his email to me: 

 

"Neighbors are appealing city of bellevue conditional approval for a home
occupation permit to rent 2 rooms in our house"
