[WSBARP] 1031 for residences????

If this was eligible property (which I'm fairly certain it isn't), I believe
you would only need a facilitator if one of the properties was being sold to
a third party.  Exchange Facilitator Corporation is very good though .

Is there any chance that a residential house swap can qualify as tax
deferred exchange under 1031 or similar "loophole"??  houses are both 1.4
million and occupied by owners; there is significant gain at risk.
