[WSBARP] Referral

I would appreciate a referral to  an attorney to contest a decision of a HOA board in denying my client the right to build a vacation home the way he wants it. It appears that the criteria the board followed is flawed and other houses similar to my clients proposed design were permitted. The county will not give a building permit unless the design is approved by the HOA. This is near Port Townsend  in Jefferson county. I would handle it but I think local counsel would be better in that area.
