Subject: [WSBARP] right of former condo owner to sue Condo Assoc?

Condo owner is in contract to sell and shortly before closing discovers repairs that need to be done. Owner believes they are Association's responsibility; Association says no. Owner plans to complete repairs and close the sale, then sue the Association afterward.

Does the former Condo owner still have standing? No longer an owner, but obviously was at the time the damage accrued?
