[WSBARP] Single Quitclaim?

Funny.  We just heard a presentation by the Whatcom County Auditor.  She
was very clear that they will charge you for two filings in this
situation.  It would also keep the records clearer if you filed two deeds.

She,of course, blames the State Legislator for all these fees and demands.
