[WSBARP] Single Quitclaim?

Well practically speaking the excise tax desk would probably prefer separate REETAs. It also could make things confusing for a chain of title down the road on ‘one’ of the parcels where the legals could get confused. There is nothing that says you cannot, but I would personally use two.

Subject: [WSBARP] Single Quitclaim?

A client has two parcels of non-contiguous real property, both of which are to be quitclaimed into an LLC with my client as the sole member. Is there a reason why I wouldn't use a single quitclaim deed to transfer both parcels?
