[WSBARP] Timber trespass complaint

Andrew included the 4.24.630 claim with his 64.12 claim. Jeff Davis is right
that the 4.24.630 claim will only apply to the damage to land or
improvements. But it is hard for this old logger to imagine cutting trees
without also damaging the land, roads, or drainages.  So I allege both if
the facts support.
