I'll just politely say that it's one of the Ocwen companies.  Ocwen has a bunch of companies that each do a specific thing so that they can each bill each other (really the borrower) in a foreclosure or short sale.  They also add on fees to the buyer.  Pretty much all of the companies operate out of the country.

Client wants to buy a house foreclosed on by Duetschebank. Place is advertised through a site advertised as HUBZU.  Can anyone tell me what that is and/or give me some tips to help the client purchase this property from the bank?
