[WSBARP] POA Question

All:

We have received a request by a client to prepare a medical power of attorney for a family member who is not a citizen of the USA nor resident here but is visiting here for a few weeks.  This family member has taken ill and is currently at Swedish.

It seems to me that a standard form medical POA would be fine as the client lives in Seattle and is a US Citizen.  Am I missing something?  Is there any special language that we should use?

All thoughts appreciated.
