<p class="MsoNormal">We have received a request by a client to prepare a medical power of attorney for a family member who is not a citizen of the USA nor resident here but is visiting here for a few weeks. This family member has taken ill and is currently
at Swedish.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It seems to me that a standard form medical POA would be fine as the client lives in Seattle and is a US Citizen. Am I missing something? Is there any special language that we should use?<o:p></o:p></p>
