I have thought about serving attorneys for judgment creditors but without
any research have simply concluded that service would be ineffective without
the attorney declaring that he/she is authorized to receive service and is
willing to receive service.
I suspect that some attorneys will serve the attorney for the judgment
creditor figuring that attorney of record for the judgment creditor or some
other attorney will appear and the issue of proper service can then be dealt
with.

Subject: [WSBARP] service on judgment creditors
In clearing title in a foreclosure actions where there are judgments junior
to deed of trust being foreclosed other attys have served the atty who
procured the judgment and not the judgment creditor itself. Is there any
authority for this service to bind the judgment creditor. Thanks for you
input.
