Depends on the circumstances. If it is an RV park with a rental agreement it's an eviction. If there is no lease property owner needs to tell them to leave and if they do not initiate an action for ejectment.

Subject: [WSBARP] RV Eviction or trespass?

All,

When an RV park has a renter that fails to pay rent on the parking space, would removing them be an unlawful detainer action or would it be as simple as telling them they need to leave and trespassing them from the property?

Regards,
