[WSBARP] Referral Sought for Real Property Dispute

Potential client needs relief to prevent the rapid liquidation of real
property held in title by a partner/lender that could prejudice the
potential client's economic interests.  Both parties acknowledge there was
an oral partnership agreement made at the time the property was acquired,
but that agreement was never reduced to writing.  I'd appreciate responses
from anyone who might be interested in handling this.  Thanks.
