I have a potential client who needs someone versed in mold cases with residential homes. Client had a roof replaced. The poor workmanship and created a large toxic mold issue leaving the house in an unsafe condition. Roofing contractor admitted negligence but, client is having problems resolving issue with roofer’s insurance company. House and potential client is in Kent.

Any names of referrals will be appreciated.

Very truly yours,

Maureen A. Wickert, Attorney at Law
