Queen Anne Hill in Seattle has been a hot-bed of real estate activity
both residentially and commercially over the last few years.

Client has a parcel of improved property with excellent view and
potentially a property with developer use potential and looking to sell.

I am looking for a referral to a qualified Real Estate Broker for my
client who is knowledgeable of that sub-market and has both residential
and commercial background and experience. Property value around $2,000,000.
