[WSBARP] UD Gurus - Multiple Tenants - Multiple UDs?

Single real property.  One non-paying tenant resides in a cabin on the real property and another non-paying tenant resides in a spare bedroom in the main house.  The non-paying tenants are unrelated.  Any thoughts on whether I should prepare and serve one UD to both tenants (cheaper for LL) or prepare and serve two separate UD lawsuits, one for each tenant (cleaner if one defaults and one fights)?
