I agree with Jay. DNR varies very little from their standard forms.

How about Lease Addendum that includes your office bldg.
DNR gets its form lease.

Hi all.  I am working on a  DNR Aquatic Lands Lease, where the leased land contains a 50k sf 3-story multi-tenant office/retail building.  DNR's form Aquatic Lands Lease form is not set up to accommodate this type of use, and yet (not surprisingly) they are resistant to deviating from the provisions in their standard form of lease.    Does anyone have experience in this context?
